This book is mistitled: it should be called Single-handed Racing. I bought this book thinking that I would be learning new techniques to improve my single-handed sailing. That's not what this book is about.
This book is about how great it is to single-hand a sailboat under challenging conditions/5(97). Single handed sailing is a good book, but for my interests it was bent to much towards raceing but that is not authors fault but my own, I was hopeing to find out more about those who may cruise singlehanded but still in all it was well written and informative.
